What It Is
The satchel of the one who answers — the draught, the poultice, the tincture, the light school's answer in the hand. The satchel is the shelf and the answer together: the wound is the one who is always waiting, and the satchel is the one who is never short, because the answer is the one the light school costs.
The Making
Made by the dark-elf alchemists and the anvil-singers, crossed — the shelf in the satchel, the silver in the answer, the light in the hand. The master grade is the name on the satchel: the healer's name, and the name is the one the wound has to accept.
Tier: master · Damage/Role: — (healing kit) · Held by: the camp's healer — the one who answers
On the ladder in The Maker's Hand, this is a master — the tier it is, and the tier is the one the maker owes.
In Stories
The satchel is the one the story keeps: the healer is the maker's line that the story never lets rest, and the satchel is the one who is always open. When the satchel is opened, the answer is made — and the answer is the one the Exchange has to pay, and the paying is the one the story remembers.
